In your life coaching sessions for Creating Love, Abundance & Joy together we will explore:

• How would your life look if you were really happy, fulfilled, having fun and at peace? Where are the gaps? What do you long for?

• Future dreaming: We’ll install a rich vision of you living the life you’d love into your future – a life filled with love, abundance and joy. 

• Deep questions will drill down to uncover your beliefs about yourself, other people and the world. Then, together, we’ll reframe the limited or fear-based beliefs into optimistic, empowered beliefs to set in place a new story of what’s possible.

• We’ll identify your core identity block, out-of-sight in your shadow, in your subconscious mind. It is your core identity block that has been sabotaging joy and empowerment in relationships, career, finances, family, health, fitness, wellbeing and fun. You’ll be introduced to the deeper truth of who you are, and I’ll coach you to build missing skills to better equip you to create and live a life of love, grace and joy. 

• I’ll teach you the transformative art of ScriptWriting, my signature technique, with a proven track record of bringing dreams into reality. I’ll help you envisage the life you would love to be living. We’re all different. Mine might include a busy work life, filled with business and adventure travel, and no children. Yours might be a low key career, with lots of time available to spend with a large family, and quiet holidays at the beach. Whatever your dream life, I will equip you with the skill to use ScriptWriting like a master, bringing your specific flavour of a dream life into reality.
